The Future of TV Starts Here

Layer3 TV delivers all your favorite content in picture quality you have to see to believe. Here are some frequently asked questions that will help you make the most out of your TV experience.

What is a broadband provider?

Broadband is an elected service that sends a high-speed data connection to your home; may be also referred to as internet, internet service provider or a high-speed data provider.

Why does Layer3 TV recommend a minimum broadband speed?

To get the picture quality that Layer3 TV is known for and take full advantage of our technology capabilities, we recommend a broadband speed of 50 Mbps or higher— giving you the best Layer3 TV experience for your home.

What if I don’t know the data connection speed in my home?

No problem! Our cable concierge team is standing by and can help walk you through an in-home speed test right from the comfort of your living room (you must be home to test your network). Or, if you’re connected to your home network now, feel free to visit http://www.speedtest.net and verify your speed.

What if my broadband Provider isn't listed?

If you don’t see your current provider listed and believe it meets our optimal speeds, please call us at: 877-773-1563 so we can keep you in touch with updates.
