Why am I seeing a message that there's a problem with my payment method?

We'll send you an email if we're unable to charge your credit or debit card during our monthly billing process, or after you've purchased an On Demand video. We know sometimes cards get lost or stolen, and we don't want you to miss a minute of your favorite TV shows and movies!

To resolve the issue, log in to the Customer Portal or call our Customer Care Team at 877-773-1563 to update or change your payment method. You can correct your credit card details or add a new card.

We will never ask you to send us your credit card details by email.
