Reboot a Set-Top Box or Lite Box

You can reboot your Set-Top Box or Lite Box by following these steps:

  1. From the Home screen, press the Left button on your remote control to bring up the Main menu.
  2. Select Settings and press the Select (center) button on your remote control.
  3. Press the Right button on your remote control to bring up the Account Settings menu, then press the Select (center) button.
  4. You'll see a prompt to reboot. Press the Down button on your remote control to select Reboot, then press the Select (center) button to reboot your Set-Top Box or Lite Box.

You can also reboot your Set-Top Box or Lite Box from the Customer Portal by following these steps:

  1. Click My Account, then click Devices
  2. Click Reboot under the device you want to reboot

If your Set-Top Box or Lite Box isn't responding, you can reboot it by following these steps:

  1. Turn off the Set-Top Box or Lite Box by carefully unplugging the power cord from the back of the equipment.
  2. Wait 10 seconds while the Set-Top Box or Lite Box completely shuts off.
  3. Reconnect the power cord to turn the Set-Top Box or Lite Box back on. It may take a few minutes to reboot; you'll see the Layer3 TV profile login screen on your TV after your Set-Top Box or Lite Box has finished rebooting.
