My remote control is not selecting the correct input

Please make sure you are selecting the TV input with your TV remote control (not the remote control for your Layer3 TV Set-Top Box). To verify that you are on the right TV input, you can reboot the Set-Top Box — if the video you were viewing doesn't stop playing when you reboot, or if you don't see the boot up sequence followed by the user selection screen, you may need to change your TV input.
