If you're seeing a black screen instead of video, there may be an incomplete connection between your Layer3 TV Set-Top Box or Lite Box and your TV, or the TV may be set on the wrong video input for the Set-Top Box.
Check and confirm the following:
- The TV is powered on and the Set-Top Box or Lite Box is connected to the right HDMI input.
- If you are using home theater components such as a receiver or soundbar, ensure that all components are powered on and set to the correct input source.
- The video cables are in good condition (if possible, change or swap out video cables)
Blurry or Pixelated Picture
If the picture on your TV is blurry or pixelated, try disconnecting and reconnecting the HDMI cable between your TV and set-top box.
