I see an error message or different screen when I turn on my Set-Top Box

If you encounter error messages or other issues as your Set-Top Box powers up, please contact us and we'll help you troubleshoot. If you notice any error messages or other information on your TV screen or on the set-top box's front screen, please let us know.
