Submit and view your service tickets

To submit a new service ticket, log into the Customer Portal and click on Tickets (1). Then click on Create New Ticket (2).customer-portal-ticket-1.jpg

You can now enter a new ticket (1). You'll see suggested Help Center articles appear when you type in your ticket's subject line (2).  You can also return to your submitted tickets (3)


Clicking on a ticket's Subject takes you to that ticket's details. 

You can also see details of your Chats with Customer Support.
