You can customize the name of your Set-Top Box or Lite Box in the Customer Portal. This is useful if you have multiple Layer3 TV boxes throughout your home.
1. Log into the Customer Portal and click on My Account (1). Then click on Devices (2).
2. You'll see all of your Layer3 TV Set-Top Boxes and Lite Boxes displayed. Click on the pencil icon next to the Set-Top Box or Lite Box you'd like to update.
3. Type in your new Set-Top Box or Lite box Name (1) and then click on the Save icon (2)
Your Set-Top box or Lite Box is now renamed.
