I can't see any On Demand programs for a network

You'll only see On Demand programs for networks included in your monthly subscription.  You can confirm your channel lineup by visiting the Customer Portal, selecting My Account in the sidebar, then clicking on the My Channels tab.

If you have recently added a new channel to your subscription, try rebooting your Set-Top Box and accessing the On Demand menu again.  If you still can't access your subscribed channels, contact Customer Support for more assistance.
